Postage in the UK is included in the price of each hat. The standard delivery is normally between 2 to 5 working days. Parcels for the Irish Republic, Northern Ireland and Europe will be charged an extra £10 for the postage delivery times vary but are normally delivered between 3 to 6 working days. For all other destinations, please get in touch via the Contact Us page for the price of the postage.
This policy does not apply to the following goods which are excempt from the right to cancel:- hats/fascinators/cocktail which have been designed and made to your own specification.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at 17 Atholl Street, |Perth PH1 5NH.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your expense.(Goods must be returned within 14 days from delivery). You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and I would advise you to obtain proof of postage. If you fail to return the goods we will collect them and will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value. (Our hats/fascintors are security tagged please do not remove if returning)
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights-for example, if goods are faulty or mis described.
(In some circumstances a hat or fascinator of a particular colour might not be in stock at the time of ordering, we are able to try and order from the supplier and will contact you regarding this matter. Alternatively a bespoke model can be made. See bespoke hats).
